Marshfield Man Accused Plotting to Kill Police

Marshfield, MA Police

MARSHFIELD, MA (WBZ-AM) – A man from Marshield accused of plotting to kill police is locked up at least until a hearing next week.  Prosecutors say Michael Rembish had six guns and no licenses on them when he was arrested at his home.

Assistant District Attorney Katelin McDermott says Rembish was upset about being arrested last week for driving without a license.

Rembish has had a history of mental health problems since childhood, but he was deemed competent to stand trial.
