Woman Rescued From Boston Harbor Near JFK Library

BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- A woman was rescued from Boston Harbor late Tuesday night.

Boston Fire, EMS, and a dive team responded to reports of a woman in the water off a dock on Columbia Point near the JFK Library around 10:45 p.m.

Crews were able to get in the water and pull the woman to safety.

Boston Fire said the woman was semi-conscious when they removed her from the water.

It was unclear how she went into the water.

She was taken to an area hospital, and her condition was not yet known.

Boston, State, and UMass Police are investigating.
