BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) -- The Boston Globe is dropping its lawsuit against a former editor who accuses editor Brian McGrory of sending inappropriate text messages.
In court documents, The Globe says former Boston.com editor Hillary Sargent confirms she doesn't remember when the texts were sent.
She also admits having an on again, off again relationship with Mcgrory.
He says he has no recollection of the texts, and has never harassed Sargent or others
The Boston Globe says it hopes that Sargent will meet with the their outside investigator.
