Boston Parking Fines!  Monday, parking tickets in the city of Boston went up by as much as 125%.  Meter violations increased from $25 to $40, resident parking violations $40 to $60 and no parking tickets jump from $55 to $90.  Are these prices too steep?  Will you keep a better eye on where you park?
