Rivera was accused of driving drunk in Hyannis and even though he already faced charges related to a 2015 slaying, was released without bail. The D.A. says the guy was new on the job and did not have Riveira's record. But Dan asks does this matter? Congressional republicans brought a resolution to commend Immigration and Customs Enforcement denouncing calls by democrats to abolish the agency.
