Quadriplegic Inmate Suing Over Massachusetts Jail Conditions

WORCESTER (24/7 NewsSource) -- A quadriplegic inmate is suing Massachusetts over jail conditions.

Lawyers for Timothy Reaves were unable to reach a settlement with the Department of Correction. He's serving life without parole for the 1994 murder of a 14-year-old. Reaves became a quadriplegic when fleeing police.
