BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- Milton Police shared a video on their Facebook page Friday of a crash that happened when a driver ran a red light near the public library last weekend, using it as a reminder to drivers to follow traffic laws.
Police said the crash happened just before 11:30 p.m. Sunday night on Reedsdale Road. In the video, you can see two cars going through a green light toward the Pierce School when a car travelling from Centre Street runs a red light and slams into them, eventually crashing into a light pole. Officers said nobody was injured.
"We hope this video will serve as a reminder for all operators to please obey traffic laws for the safety of all," the department wrote. "This collision could have been avoided if the motorist exercised more care."
