WALTHAM, Mass. (WBZNewsRadio) - The Waltham Public Library is temporarily changing it's summer hours as the building deals with significant issues in it's Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system
Effective immediately, the library will open an hour earlier, at 8 a.m., to help in the sweltering heat. The library will then also close during the hottest part of the afternoon, and reopen during the cooler evening hours.
In a statement, the Waltham Public Library offered it's apologies for the temporary situation and said they would be updating the public if and when their opening hours change.

Sunday 8-12 PM
Monday 8-12 PM and 5-9 PM
Tuesday 8-12 PM and 5-9 PM
Wednesday 8-12 PM and 5-9 PM
Thursday 8-12 PM and 5-9 PM
Friday 8-12 PM
Saturday 8-12 PM
