BOSTON (WBZNewsRadio) - It's the first official weekend of Fall and if you're like us, you're already adding pumpkin to your iced coffee and opting for your favorite sweater. And with rain in the forecast for the second weekend in a row, you'll want to grab that rain coat before venturing out.

As it stands now, it looks like steady rain will make it's way into our area by mid morning on Saturday and hold strong into the later part of the day. Sunday won't be much better, in fact, we won't see the sun attempt to peak through the clouds until early next week.

Because of the weather, much like last weekend, many of the planned events may be postponed and/or cancelled, please double check with the event organizers before leaving the house.
