Boston Police Searching For Suspect Who Stole American Flag

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) – Boston Police are looking for a man in relation to a vandalism and larceny incident that happened last Saturday.

On September 25 at around 4:10 in the afternoon, the American flag was stolen from Pulaski Park in Boston just outside the Polish American Citizens Club.

The man reportedly drove his car into the Veteran Memorial flagpole and knocked it down. He then tore off the flag and took off.

WBZ-TV reported the club had shared their surveillance footage with police and have been raising money to make repairs. The club set up a GoFundMe page to collect donations.
