WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Talk about a heart-stopper. In addition to rides and shows, the famous Big E in West Springfield has another main draw: its cuisine. Much of the offerings are fried, like fried apples, fried girl scout cookies, fried cheesecake, and donut burgers.
