On Thursday afternoon, police arrested 25-year-old Jacob Bourque on charges of reckless conduct for firing a gun and two counts of falsifying evidence for disposing of the gun.

“Not only was a gun fired in a public place in broad daylight, but school had recently let out and there were children in the area,” said Chief Allen Aldenberg. “Behavior such as this must not be tolerated in the City of Manchester or in any civilized society for that matter.”
